The Gunners' ten-match winning streak came to an end by Sunderland before the international break, however can the English top division frontrunners recover against north London rivals Spurs this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are miles ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this match," remarked football expert Chris Sutton.
"The Spurs manager will try to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating finest this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League fixtures this term, versus AI, fans and a range of special visitors.
In week 12, he takes on singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
Murs' new album, the new release, is available on the weekend.
Olly is a skilled footballer as well as a accomplished artist and has been a featured player of several charity football games down the years - but he is not planning a serious comeback as a footballer.
"{I recently played in a charity game the other evening for a mate of mine," he explained. "The team was trailing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can read into that what you will!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it even now hasn't fully recovered. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am preparing for the time that my daughter or son decides to play instead."
Murs and his wife Amelia Tank have a young family, their daughter and their son, and he is prepared to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their coach.
"I won't push football on our children but I've previously told my wife that if they happen to get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will probably be managing their weekend football side," he said.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I clearly owned a football club for a while too.
"My dad did it with us when I was a child, which is probably where I get it from. He managed our team for several years and had great fun with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Chelsea may have to be patient for their star's comeback from injury but their offense is now more potent with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both back fit.
In my opinion this fixture will be quite tight, though. The Clarets are disciplined and their sole home losses so far have been against the Reds and Arsenal.
This smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am in fact going to go with the London side to win narrowly for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's forecast: 1-2
Olly's prediction: The Blues will be too strong. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's prediction: 0-2
The Cherries have been defeated in their previous couple games - albeit both of them were away - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, the Hammers secured two in a row before the international break and, although both of those games were at home, they appear competitive again.
West Ham's only away win this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo was previously that team's coach.
Therefore, what on earth do I go with here - can the Hammers continuing their run under Nuno, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I will choose the Cherries, because I think what happened against Aston Villa was a anomaly.
The pundit's forecast: 2-0
The guest's outlook: The home team are doing well but West Ham have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
AI's pick: 1-1
Brentford were considered one of the favourites for relegation before the campaign started, but they have surprised a several people under their manager and are in fine fettle with three wins in their last four games.
My son told me to select Bees forward Igor Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks back and, guess what, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely score again on the weekend but I am still not going to pick him or support the away side at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had great fortune on the travel this season, and Brighton are always decent at their stadium. The visitors will try to hit them on the counter-attack but I think Fabian Hurzeler's team carry much more of a threat.
Sutton's forecast: 2-1
Olly's view: This could be a match where you expect there is going to be a lot of goals but it actually turns out to be rather tight. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1
This is a huge fixture for Fulham, who have lost five of their past six games.
Fulham have got plenty of quality in their team but it still seems like they could be sucked into a relegation battle.
As for Sunderland, indeed they are the unexpected success of the Premier League campaign so far.
The away side's performance in the two-all tie with the Gunners last time out was excellent. We have not seen anyone else disrupt the North London side like that this term, and they were fully competitive for them.
The sensible thing to do to back the visitors here, because they are clearly capable of roughing Fulham up too and, the last time they were in west London, they beat the Blues at the end of October.
But I am not choose that. Instead, I really need to continue opposing the away team with my predictions. I am claiming a lot of credit for their good results because they clearly love to prove me wrong.
Considering Fulham's home record, the only side they have been defeated by is Arsenal. Marco Silva's team will be extremely eager for a good outcome, so I am going to predict they will pick up three points.
The expert's prediction: 1-0
Olly's choice: I'm aware Sunderland are performing strongly and additionally that the hosts are on a bad streak... but Fulham have nonetheless been decent at home this season. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0
It is a tough one to predict. The Reds have suffered seven of their past 10 matches in every tournament, but might they be among the teams who profit from the {international break|
